Terms & Conditions for Free Bus Pass Offer

Our exclusive free bus pass offer is available only for new bookings for the 2025/26 academic year made from 18/06/2025 until further notice. 

The promotion is not available to students who:

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in;
• book short-term or semester lets;
• are rebooking;
• book through an agent or university referral agreement; and
• have confirmed a booking before 18/06/2025.

The list of residences, promotion code, room type, and booking tenancies:

  • Email us at stcrispinshouse@yugo.com once you have completed your booking to claim.
  • Studying at University of East Anglia
  • Booking tenancy length: Minimum 44 weeks.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

The bus pass will be ordered by Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. on behalf of the student within 3 months of checking in. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, and universities attended.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, sign their tenancy agreement, check into the property, and not have any outstanding arrears with the property. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
