Terms & Conditions for Refer a friend 2025/26

Our exclusive Refer a Friend offer is available only for new bookings for the 2025/26 academic year made between [04/08/2025] and [30/09/2025]

Definitions: 

The Referrer (Current resident / Rebooker):

• Has stayed in one of the Yugo spaces in the 2024/25 academic year.
• Has completed a new booking for a room at one of our listed Yugo spaces, paid their advance rent, signed their tenancy agreement, and check-in for the 2025/26 academic year for a minimum 17 weeks.
• Must inform one of our local support teams in writing before their friend’s booking is confirmed.

The Referee (Friends of the referrer / New booking / New booker): 

• Has completed a new booking for a room at one of our listed Yugo spaces, paid their advance rent, signed their tenancy agreement for the 2025/26 academic year for a minimum 17 weeks.
• Has not previously lived at a Yugo space.
• Has not booked through agent or university referral agreements.

The list of residences and offer rate:

£200 Cashback Only each:

• Bramall Court: £200 promotion is available for all room type with a minimum 44 weeks of tenancy length. 

£100 Cashback Only each:

Bramall Court: £100 promotion is available for all room type with a minimum 17 weeks an of tenancy length. 

Please note RAF offer amounts are not stackable. 

Both the referrer and referee will receive the same incentive amounts listed above. The referrer must inform the local support team of the referee's details via email. 

There is no limit to the number of people a referrer can refer. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless stated otherwise.

The incentive will be provided as a voucher for the advertised amount and distributed 14 days after check-in. Note: Some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings.
