These offers are available to all those who booked for the 2025/26 Academic Year for a minimum of 44-week.

This offer is applicable for students only for the 2025/26 academic year bookings made between on or after April 14th, with a limited number of redeemable codes.

The promotion is not available to students who:

have deferred / cancelled their booking before check-in.
book tenancy less than 44 weeks.
book through university referral agreements or referral partners.
have confirmed a booking prior to 14th April 2025.

One offer amount per Booking.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

The cashback offer will operate as a discount for the advertised amount when the promotion code is entered at the point of booking. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.
