How long is the housing contract?
Housing contracts include 12 equal, monthly-installment payments, beginning in August and ending in July.
How many bedrooms are in the apartments?
We offer 13 different floor plans, including one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and five-bedroom apartments, as well as cozy studio apartments.
How many bathrooms are in the apartments?
Every apartment includes a private bathroom for each bedroom, so the number of bathrooms directly corresponds to the number of bedrooms.
What amenities are offered?
Our community offers a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse with flat-screen TVs and a billiard table, a resort-style pool with outdoor terrace and two hot tubs, a coffee bar, a computer lab with free printing, private study rooms, and an internet café. Free tanning and extensive fitness facilities are also available. Residents also enjoy the security and accessibility of on-site management, garage parking, and controlled access. Conveniently located retail options are available on the first floor.
How far is the community from PSU?
On a bike, our community is just six minutes from Penn State University, five minutes from Pattee and Paterno Library, and 10 minutes from Beaver Stadium.
Do the apartments come with appliances?
Yes! Each apartment comes furnished with standard appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, range and oven, microwave, and full-size washer and dryer!
Do the apartments come with furniture?
Yes! Our apartments are 100% furnished. Your apartment will include living room and bedroom furniture and a full-size mattress.
How many square feet are in each floor plan?
Our PSU off campus housing varies in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plan is the Soho, featuring an open concept layout and a spacious bathroom. Our largest floor plan is the Greenwich, which is a five-bedroom layout.
How Does Parking Work At Yugo Pinnacle At State College?
Parking spaces are located within our secured parking garage for a monthly fee.
Are The Apartments Equipped With High-Speed Internet?
Yes. The apartments are wired for high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi. They also have cable.
What type of on-site security is provided?
Our Penn State apartments are equipped with electronic key fobs, which provide students with access to their individual apartments as well as to community amenities. This allows residents to enjoy our amenities 24-hours a day. Maintenance persons hold keys programmed to work during certain hours only. This ensures that residents are the only ones with after-hours access to their apartments. Management can also verify with the time log that repairs were completed as scheduled.
