Our daughter just finished her first year in an apartment and the Grove was great! Apartment was clean when she moved in. There was a concern about some snags in the carpet in her bedroom and the Grove quickly replaced it. The few times she put in a service request, it was handled promptly and she was always notified when someone would be entering the apartment to do the work. She was on the 4th floor and it was really quiet. Convenient location for walking to campus, even in the winter. She had no complaints about the Grove and renewed her lease for another year!
