We have the perfect room for you! Become part of our great community and be the first to live in this brand new accommodation coming to Porto. Studyou Porto Asprela offers over 200 bespoke en-suite studios as well as great communal spaces.
Our location is ideal for students because of the proximity to all the main campuses and Faculties. There is excellent public transport from the property to the other areas of the city.
We offer fully furnished individual en-suite studios to enjoy your private space and independence. This combined with the vibrant communal kitchen area will allow you to interact with other residents whilst you cook lunch or enjoy your dinner. Our offer is completed by our great facilities and communal areas (study areas, lounge, …).
With a comfortable and secure environment, on-site security, and a professional site team who will be there to support you, you’ll have everything to help you enjoy an unforgettable student experience. In addition to our great offer, all utility bills are included within the rent (electricity, water, heating) along with high-speed Wi-Fi – no bills to worry about so you can focus on what really matters – your true university experience.

Frequently asked questions
What services are included in the rent?
Water, gas and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time.
What furnishings are included in the tenancy?
All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, our residence does not offer on-site parking. Please check local parking options or contact us for more information.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.
A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
