- Eligible bookings will receive up to 4 weeks' rent as cashback, paid in two instalments:
- 2 weeks' rent in the first month of the lease.
- 2 weeks' rent in the final month of the lease.
- Cashback will be calculated based on the weekly rate of the room booked.
- Tenants must be in residence during June 2026 to receive the final cashback instalment.
- Alternatively, if the tenant has paid rent in full through the end of the lease, the cashback will still be honoured.
