2025 Full Year Semester 2 booking Exclusive offer – Adelaide City

This offer is valid for new customers making a full year bookings with a Semester 2, 2025 check-in at Yugo Adelaide City.
Eligible bookings will receive up to 6 weeks' rent as cashback, paid in two instalments:
- 3 weeks' rent in the first month of the lease.
- 3 weeks' rent in the final month of the lease.
Cashback will be calculated based on the weekly rate of the room booked.
Tenants must be in residence during June 2026 to receive the final cashback instalment.
- Alternatively, if the tenant has paid rent in full through the end of the lease, the cashback will still be honoured.
The booking must be secured via an eligible agent or partner to be honoured.
If the booking is cancelled at any point, the offer becomes void.
